Telehealth Therapy for
Florida Executives.
Licensed in Florida. Private telehealth sessions for leaders and founders wherever you are in the state.
High-Pressure Environments Exist Everywhere.
Florida's business landscape is more diverse than people assume. Miami's finance and tech sectors have grown substantially, drawing sophisticated professionals who operate with the same intensity as their counterparts in New York or San Francisco. Tampa's professional class has expanded steadily, with executives across healthcare, real estate, and technology navigating genuinely complex organizations. Jacksonville's corporate community is substantial and often overlooked. Across the state, there are founders, executives, and high-achieving professionals carrying real psychological weight, often without access to mental health resources specifically designed for people at their level.
That gap matters. A therapist who works primarily with general clinical populations will understand the mechanics of anxiety or burnout, but may not have a framework for the specific dynamics of a board presentation gone sideways, the identity cost of a company pivot, or the way that success at work can quietly hollow out a marriage. The context shapes the treatment. A Florida-based executive deserves the same quality of specialized care available in coastal tech hubs, without having to relocate or maintain a bicoastal life to access it.
Telehealth makes that possible. Diana works with Florida-based clients across the state, from Miami to Tampa to Orlando to Jacksonville, on the same issues she addresses with Bay Area clients: executive burnout, leadership anxiety, founder identity, high-achieving couples, and the psychological work that comes with major career transitions. You can read more about the specific patterns of executive burnout and how they differ from ordinary stress.
Leaders at Every Stage.
The work is shaped around what you're actually navigating, not a standard intake template.
Executives in Miami's Finance and Tech Sectors
The pressure of operating in Miami's fast-moving professional culture, often with international complexity and high visibility built in.
Founders Across Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville
Building a company outside the traditional startup ecosystems carries its own set of pressures, including isolation, resource constraints, and the weight of local visibility.
Entrepreneurs in Florida's Emerging Startup Ecosystem
Florida's startup community is growing. The psychological demands of early-stage founding don't change based on geography.
High-Achieving Couples Navigating Dual Careers
When both partners are operating at full capacity, the relationship often absorbs the cost. Couples therapy for partners who take their work and their marriage seriously. Learn more about how high-functioning anxiety shows up in relationships.
Leaders in Transition or Post-Exit
The period after a major exit, acquisition, or role change is often more disorienting than anticipated. Processing what's next, and who you are outside of what you built.
Professionals Relocating to Florida
Many executives have moved to Florida in recent years. Relocation, even to an appealing place, carries real psychological adjustment. Continuity of care matters.

Licensed to Practice in Florida.
Diana holds active licensure in Florida (TPMF785) in addition to her California license (LMFT #105546). This means she is legally authorized to provide therapy to clients physically located in Florida, without the workarounds or limitations that come with out-of-state therapists practicing without proper licensure.
One important note: telehealth licensure is governed by where the client is physically located at the time of each session, not where they reside. You must be physically located in Florida (or California) at the time of your appointment. For clients who split time between states, sessions can typically continue across both locations given Diana's dual licensure.
She also holds a Registered Drama Therapist credential (RDT #659) and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), with additional facilitation training through Stanford Graduate School of Business. Learn more on the about page.
