Consultation bookings are processed through TidyCal, a third-party scheduling service. Cookies and Analytics

Clinical Privacy (HIPAA)

Once a therapeutic relationship is established, all clinical communications, session notes, and health information are handled in strict accordance with HIPAA and California law. Clients receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices at the start of treatment.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. Diana Chu Therapy does not provide services to minors.

Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request and determine fit for services. Clients who do not move forward with therapy have their inquiry data deleted within 12 months.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete any information you have submitted through this website by emailing dianachutherapy@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
