This Site is intended for informational purposes only. You may use it to learn about Diana Chu Therapy, read articles, and submit consultation requests. You agree not to:

No Therapist-Client Relationship

Browsing this Site, reading blog articles, or submitting a contact or consultation request does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Diana Chu, LMFT, RDT. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a formal intake process, signed client agreements, and mutual consent.

Information on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified mental health provider with any questions you may have.

This website is not monitored in real time and is not a crisis resource. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in danger, please contact emergency services immediately:

Telehealth and Licensing

Diana Chu, LMFT, RDT is licensed to provide telehealth therapy services in California (LMFT #105546) and Florida (TPMF785). Sessions may only be provided to clients who are physically located within one of these states at the time of the session. This is a legal requirement and cannot be waived.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where Diana Chu is not licensed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, blog articles, design, graphics, and layout, is the property of Diana Chu Therapy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may share links to articles and pages. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish written content without prior written permission. To request permission, email dianachutherapy@gmail.com.
